The Humana HealthHub is designed for Humana Medicare members who want easy access to mental health and general wellness support. If you receive Medicare through Humana, it is meant for you to explore.

There is no extra cost to use the Humana HealthHub—access to the site, self check-ins and wellness resources is free for Humana Medicare members. It’s included as part of your Humana Medicare coverage.

Available resources on the Humana HealthHub are carefully selected and reviewed by the Humana team. All resources are evidence-based and provided or created by organizations or individuals.. Each resource is checked for accuracy, clarity and fit for Humana Medicare members. Resources are also monitored over time based on member use and feedback to keep the library helpful and up to date.

The Humana HealthHub protects your information using secure systems and strict privacy rules, managed by Humana and their technology partners under their Terms of Use and Privacy Policies. Your personal details are kept confidential and are not sold or shared with third parties for advertising or other unrelated purposes. Your health information is also protected under health privacy laws like HIPAA, which set standards for how your data must be stored, used and shared.

No one is reviewing your HealthHub answers to manage your individual case or make decisions about your Medicare coverage. All information is processed automatically by the system, and our trusted technology partners may see only limited, de‑identified data (information that does not include your name or contact details) so they can safely run and improve the HealthHub. These partners are bound by strict privacy and security rules and do not use any information for advertising or other unrelated purposes.

If you decide to stop using your Humana HealthHub, your information remains protected and under Humana’s privacy and security teams. You can ask to have your HealthHub data exported or to have your account and personal details deleted anytime, following Humana’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. After your deletion request is completed, the HealthHub and its technology partners will not keep your personal data except where necessary by law or for required record‑keeping.
